Favor

Factions

Six rival groups. Favor changes who shops and which special order appears.

Updated

What favor does today

Six factions. Raising one lets non-humans shop and drops a richer order on your board. That is the reason to care before you care about the ending.

The ending reads the same favor plus your choices. There is no separate hidden meter with a published name.

How to raise one without a chart

Take their order when you have the goods. Turn in resident requests tied to them. If you cannot craft the item, skip that faction until the machine exists.

Rival is the only relationship the store page states. It does not say the bars are exclusive. If a second faction's work vanishes after you commit, stop and reload the save from before the choice.

Names

The current English store page does not print the six names. Older Chinese pitches mentioned street residents, a silver-key group, and goddess followers, plus companions among a goddess, a witch, a fae, and a cat. Those lines are not a quest log.

Use the name on the order in your game. Copying a list from a blog will not match the board in front of you.

Gods are not a faction slot

Oracles and rewind blessings come from the gods. One oracle guarantees sediment on free alchemy. Whispers are the warning on that system, not a seventh faction.

Endings

How an ending is decided, and the fact that no name list exists, is the endings guide. Favor on this page is the order you can fill today.

When to start

After ordinary orders are easy and a counter is selling. A faction order you cannot fill does nothing for favor.

Do I need all six for the good ending?
